“What is General Insurance?” is an eLearning course developed in Storyline for insurance frontline staff. In creating this course, I applied practical techniques from Instructional Design, eLearning Development, and Visual Design, and introduced a Ninja/Dojo theme to add an engaging dimension to learning.
Throughout the course, participants collect points and badges, interact with custom graphics, make decisions that influence branching scenarios, and follow audio cues for guidance. I designed this course to build skills in a clear, interactive format, aiming to equip users with the expertise needed to tackle everyday challenges in the insurance sector efficiently.”
